What the platform is, who it is for, and how the docs are organized.

What is EventOS?
EventOS is an all-in-one platform for event organizers. Instead of juggling a website builder, a ticketing tool, email software, and a separate check-in app, you run everything from one workspace.
With EventOS you can:
- Publish a branded public event website guests open to learn and register
- Sell paid tickets or collect free RSVPs
- Build registration forms for the details you need
- Send confirmation emails and later outreach campaigns
- Run QR check-in and on-site stations on event day
- Use AI to draft tickets, forms, lineup, and copy you review before applying
Guests get one clear public site. Your team gets one place to manage the event from first draft to door scan.
What you can run
Meetups
A public page, free RSVPs, capacity limits, and a simple door list for community nights.
Workshops
Paid or free seats, registration forms, confirmation emails, and day-of check-in.
Conferences
Multiple ticket tiers, agenda, speakers, sponsors, campaigns, and multi-station ops.
You do not need every feature on day one. Most organizers start with a site + one ticket type, then add forms, AI drafts, and check-in as they grow.
How the pieces fit together
Think of EventOS in three layers:
- Public site: what guests see (home, agenda, speakers, register)
- Event workspace: what your team uses to configure tickets, forms, emails, AI, and ops
- Day-of tools: check-in and checkpoints used at the venue
When someone registers, they appear in Attendees, get a ticket code (and email if configured), and can be scanned at the door later.
Key concepts
Learn these terms once. They appear everywhere in the product and docs.
- Event
One gathering with its own public site, tickets, attendees, and settings. Create a new event for each meetup or conference.
- Workspace
The organizer app after you sign in. Your dashboard lists events; opening an event enters that event’s workspace.
- Public site
The guest-facing website: branding, sections, and the registration flow. Guests never need an organizer account.
- Ticket
An inventory type guests can buy or claim (free RSVP, Early Bird, VIP, and so on). Each ticket can have price, capacity, and sales windows.
- Registration form
Extra questions collected at signup (company, dietary needs, T-shirt size). Attach forms to tickets when you need more than name and email.
- Check-in
Marking an attendee as arrived, usually by scanning their ticket QR or searching by name/email.
- AI assistant
Lives inside the event workspace. It drafts tickets, forms, and content you review and apply. It does not auto-publish without you.
Get started in minutes
Create an account
Sign up in the organizer app with email or Google. You land on a dashboard where you can create your first event.
Create an event
Give it a name, a short slug (used in the public URL), dates, timezone, and location type. Saving opens the event workspace.
Add tickets and a form
Create at least one free or paid ticket so registration can open. Optionally attach a form for extra fields, or ask AI to draft both.
Publish and share
Finish basic branding, open registration, copy the public link, and place a test order yourself before sharing widely.
