Using the assistant
Example prompts and the review-then-apply workflow.
This page shows practical prompts and the habit that keeps AI useful: review, then apply.
Starter prompts
Copy any prompt into the assistant inside your event workspace. Edit numbers and names to match your event.
Create Early Bird at ₹499 and General Admission at ₹999, capacity 150 total
Draft a workshop registration form with company and dietary fields. Make dietary optional.
Add a keynote speaker and a Gold sponsor block with placeholder names I can edit
Write an early-bird email campaign reminding people registration closes Friday
What should I verify before opening registration to the public?
Review then apply
Send the prompt
Ask for one clear outcome. Mixed requests (“tickets plus emails plus sponsors”) are harder to review.
Read the draft
Check fields, prices, currency, capacity, and tone before anything goes live.
Apply what you want
Accept only the parts that look right. Discard or regenerate the rest.
Fine-tune in the real screen
Open Tickets, Forms, or Marketing to polish labels, reorder fields, or adjust copy.
Tips for better results
- Name the event type (meetup vs conference) when it matters
- After applying, place a test registration before sharing publicly
- If a draft is wrong, say what to change rather than starting from scratch every time
