Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Cue OS.
Agreement overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Cue OS (“Cue OS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing access to and use of the Cue OS websites, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” creating an event, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them (including Privacy, Cookies, Cancellation & Refund, Code of Conduct, Responsible Disclosure, and Grievance Redressal). If you use Cue OS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Platform
Cue OS provides software for creating and managing events, including branded public sites, registration forms, ticketing and checkout, attendee management, check-in and checkpoints, email tools, and related features. Features may vary by plan. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform with reasonable notice when practicable.
Cue OS is a technology platform. Unless we expressly host or co-organize an event, events listed or managed on the Platform are created and controlled by independent organizers.
Accounts
- Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
- You are responsible for activity under your account
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access
- You must be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction
Organizer responsibilities
- Accuracy of event listings, pricing, schedules, and policies shown to attendees
- Compliance with applicable laws (consumer, tax, privacy, advertising, and event regulations)
- Fulfilling ticketed experiences and communicating changes
- Responding to attendee questions and privacy requests for event-specific data
Payments and refunds
Paid tickets are processed by payment providers such as Razorpay. Refund and cancellation rules for a specific event are set by that event’s organizer unless Cue OS states otherwise for a particular product.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Platform, interfere with others, scrape without permission, attempt unauthorized access, or use Cue OS for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
Cue OS and its software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You retain ownership of your event content. You grant Cue OS a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Platform.
Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Cue OS is not liable for organizer-hosted events, third-party services, or losses beyond what applicable law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
